Join us for a fun, meaningful, and positive poetry intervention.
We’ll begin with a Kickoff Meeting on September 19—come meet MAPPsters, set intentions, and get oriented to the Uvita app where the journey lives. Time 10 am ET.
Each day for 24 days, you’ll receive a poem connected to one of the VIA character strengths, along with a reflection prompt and a real-life activity. It takes just 15 minutes each day.
We’ll gather again on October 19 for a final Harvest Day—a chance to share what moved you, what surprised you, and what felt like home. Time 10 am ET.
